This program allows first time offenders to have their drug cases diverted from the standard criminal process. In exchange, they must complete a six-month to three-year period of supervision.

While we are dedicated to protecting our clients’ legal interests, we recognize that antagonizing prosecutors is not the most effective way to represent our clients. When appropriate, we work with prosecutors to have charges reduced, dismissed, or to minimize the consequences of a guilty plea.
